Spring/Summer 2019 will see Pharrell Williams go from high-street to high-end fashion with their upcoming collaboration with Chanel.

The collaboration is set to debut at Chanel’s Seoul flagship store in March 2019, followed by its release worldwide the next month. The designs will see Williams team up with Chanel and Karl Lagerfeld to produce a full ready-to-wear capsule collection. This is not the first time Pharrell Williams has teamed up with Karl Lagerfeld. Lagerfeld asked Pharrell to compose the original song ‘‘CC The World’’ for Chanel’s fashion film Reincarnation in 2014.

Earlier this week Williams was spotted at the Chanel Cruise show in Thailand showing a snippet of what the collection might look like. No official photos have been released of the collection although, Williams was captured wearing a bright yellow hoodie with the Chanel logo displayed all over it, with ‘‘Coco Pharrell’ printed in the middle. The collection is suggested to show Chanel’s signature luxe aesthetic with Pharrell’s streetwear sensibility.

If you can’t make it down to the Chanel flagship to bag a piece of this collaboration, on November 8th Moschino will be launching its collaboration with high street brand, H&M. This will be available online and at more affordable price points.
