This year’s Halloween season was no exception for fantastic costumes, and each celeb perfectly encapsulated each impersonation.

Each year, celebrities and influencers go all out for the spooky season. This Halloween weekend (28th-29th October 2022), we saw some truly outrageous costumes – here is a run-down of some of the best (well in my opinion)!

Kylie Jenner – Bride of Frankenstein

Kylie shared her Bride of Frankenstein look on Instagram on the 28th of October. The look featured a custom white version of Jean Paul Gautlier’s bandage gown from the spring/summer 2022 collection.

The outfit is created with the mummy-inspired dress, prop knife and of course the iconic black and white hair to finish off the perfect Halloween look.

Her Bandage white dress was made by @entire_studios, a fashion company that focuses on providing affordable luxury items to all-, so we all have a shoot for this look next Halloween.

She shared inspiration pictures on her story from the original motion picture in 1993, which she recreated in her posts.

Kylie shared her makeup was done by her personal team and friend, @makeupbyariel, and her hair by @tokyostylez. Photography was done by @gregswaleart, styling by @makkaroo and @rosegrandquist, and set completed by @theninjaatelier.

Ariana Grande & Liz Gillies – Best in Show

As every year, Ariana Grande won Halloween (hands down). This year, she truly outdid herself by creating a short film inspired by Best in Show starring Jennifer Coolidge and Eugene Levy.

Past Victorious cast member Liz Gillies was also featured alongside with Ariana- who mentioned the duo did the project in May to be ready in time! Dedication!

Ariana, who does an incredible Coolidge impression, played her character Sherri Ann Cabot, where she plays a trophy wife with a secret dog trainer girlfriend. Gillies played Christy Cummings (portrayed by Jane Lynch in the film), the taskmaster trainer. The pair perfectly encapsulated the essence of the 2001 mockumentary in the short clips shared to Instagram.

It was also shared via Grande’s story that makeup was done by @ash_kolm, hair by @thejoshliu and wardrobe by @chaddmcmillian.

Lizzo – Marge Simpson

Lizzo knows how to shock a crowd, and this year’s costume was no exception. She shared pictures and video to Instagram of her in the iconic green Marge dress, paired with her bright blue hair.

She shared her hair was done by @theshelbyswain, a celebrity hairstylist, nails by @eriernailz, makeup by @iwantalex her go-to makeup artist, and was styled by @brettalannelson, who has previously styled Lizzo, as well as Doja Cat, for numerous award and fashion shows.

Keke Palmer – Rapunzel

The iconic comedy queen Keke Palmer shared her recreation of Rapunzel to Instagram with 10-foot box braids. She shared a video showcasing her humour in a short skit with @mosesalexander and @seansaucetv. The classic storybook line “Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair” was followed by Keke’s response “I can’t! My Mama said I can’t let nobody play with my hair!”

Her beautiful look was completed with the help of makeup by @mylahmorales, hair by @rricardoroberts and @ann_joneshair, set design @eaminnmcglynn, photography @artcrooks and the studio assistant @myroaima. It was also shared that her stunning purple, pink, and white gown was styled by @sethchernoff, who has previously styled a range of different influencers and celebrities for various occasions.
